Cooperation & Services

The reform of education, art, architecture and culture and the strengthening of their positions is part of the societal function of the School of Arts, Design and Architecture. The school interacts closely with society, the business community and the field of culture to produce services in continuing education and research. Partnerships are created with companies, and for students this is a way to engage in on-the-job training. New expertise and innovations created in research produce valuable knowledge for the use of the whole of society. Through the alumni network, the school keeps in contact with world of Finnish design, art, architecture and visual culture.

Media Centre Lume Lume is a national education, research, development and production centre of audiovisual media. The spaces can comfortably host a large variety of productions and events, and they are available for rental.
